Knitting is good for everyone!

Today I crossed another one off of my 27 List and knit a scarf!  My grandmother recently taught me some basic knitting techniques and during that knitting 101 lesson, I had started to knit my very own scarf.  I found that I actually enjoyed knitting quite a bit as it forced me to sort of zone out and stopped my mind from racing like it normally does.  Since November, I have been slowly but surely working on a very basic scarf but then I came across this nifty idea called arm knitting.  The result was said to be a really chunky knit scarf  that only took about 30 minutes.  The idea really intrigued me so I decided to try it out.  I watched this video tutorial: arm knitting on a blog called Simply Maggie and I am proud to say that I have knit a scarf!!  It's not perfect but it was SO easy and I intend on making more of these for sure!!  I encourage everyone and anyone to check out the link and try it out!!

Hope everyone is having a lovely week so far!

Lots of Love,
Meg
