Banana Oat Cookies

I stumbled upon this delicious and healthy recipe on a blog called The Burlap Bag a while back and completely forgot to share it with you guys!!  It's simple, really yummy and pretty darn healthy to boot!  Here is the recipe....

You will need:

Step One: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Step Two: Mash up the bananas
Step Three: Mix in the additional ingredients
Step Four:  Take the mixture and roll into balls (if you find that the mixture is too runny, simply add more oats!)
Step Five: You can make these cookies as large or as small as you would like and because the bananas vary in size, you will probably get a different number of cookies each time you make them
Step Six:  Place them onto a GREASED cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes
Step Seven:  Take them out of the oven, let them cool for a few and ENJOY!!

These are super duper delicious and for those of you who are doing weight watchers, they are worth 2 points each!!  I would love to hear about the different combinations that you guys come up with so if you try these out, let me know what you add in to yours!!
