Feeling Fancy

Last week, I finally caved and signed up for a Gwynnie Bee account!  Ever since I started my new job last month, I have been spending way more money on clothes than I usually do.  Long story short, I have been working in animal hospitals for a loooong time and working in an animal hospital = wearing scrubs to work!  I started a new job at a music school about a month ago and for the first time in years, I have a job that I get to dress up for!  Dressing up is fantabulous!!  The only negative is that I have a reason to go dress shopping and that is dangerous for my bank account...enter Gwynnie Bee!  Essentially, you pay a monthly fee and get to rent adorable clothing.  If you get something that you absolutely love and just can't part with, you can purchase it!  Pretty sweet deal if you ask me!

I am currently doing the free 30 day trial but I'm already in love and couldn't help but share said excitement here on the bloggity blog!  I've decided that I'm going to add a new weekly "what I wore" post each time I get a new article of clothing from Gwynnie Bee.  Here's the first post...

First of all, how adorable is their packaging??  I came home to this on Monday afternoon and felt like a little kid on Christmas.  The dress came in a small box wrapped up like this with a cute little sticker on top!  They also include a bag to return the dress with pre-paid postage on it.  I don't know about you, but this is all too appealing to me.  I get to wear an article of clothing and when I'm done, I just drop it in the mail box and a few days later a new piece of clothing will be delivered to my door??  Awesome!

Here's the dress!  I wore it to work today and was happy to find that it was not only cute but also super comfortable! I paired the dress with a yellow cardigan, brown tights and brown boots.  I could have gotten fancy with accessories but I was content going sans jewelry on this fine Wednesday.  All in all, this dress is lovely and I am super excited to see what will be coming in the mail next!!
