Cinnamon Sugar Crescent Rolls

I have been finding a ton of recipes lately involving crescent rolls.  While they are quite delicious on their own, they are even better if you add a little something to them. As I was walking through the grocery store last week, I decided that I would pick up a package and see what kind of yummy things I could make with them.  I figured I would pick up the package and try one or two different recipes but I ended up getting really excited about all of the different options and in one night I tried 5 different crescent roll recipes.  My favorite combination of the 5 that I tried was the cinnamon sugar crescent roll!!  I will be sharing the other recipes over the next week or so but I am excited to share this simple and yummy one with you first!

You will need:
  • 1 Package of crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 Tbs Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar

Step One:  Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees
Step Two:  Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl
Step Three:  Open up the crescent rolls and place them onto the cookie sheet (unrolled and separated)
Step Four:  Either place a small slice of butter or spread a small amount of it onto each crescent roll
Step Five:  Top with cinnamon sugar mixture and roll them up
Step Six:  Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until they are golden brown

Remove from the oven & ENJOY!!

These are best when they are fresh out of the oven!!  They can be served as a treat with breakfast, a mid-day snack or a lovely dessert!! Simple & Delicious!

Lots of Love,
Meg
